Length:
The usual length of steel pipes is 4 000 mm ~ 12 000 mm. Curvature:
The bend per meter of steel pipes shall meet the following requirements:
a) When wall thickness <15 mm, not more than 1.5 rnm / m;
b) 15 mm <wall thickness≤ mm, not more than 2.0 mm m;
c) When wall thickness> 30 mm, not more than 3.0 mm / m
Outter diameter≥ 127 mm steel pipe. The same length bend should not be greater than 0.10% of the length of the steel pipe.
According to the requirements of the purchaser, after consultation between the supply and demand parties, and in the contract, it is stated that the bend per meter and full length of the steel pipe may adopt other regulations.
Non-roundness and uneven wall thickness:
According to the requirements of the purchaser, after consultation between the supplier and the purchaser, and in the contract, the roundness and uneven wall thickness of the steel pipe should not exceed 80% of the outer diameter and wall thickness tolerance, respectively.
Delivery weight:
When the steel pipe is delivered according to the nominal outer diameter and nominal wall thickness or the nominal inner diameter and nominal wall thickness, the steel pipe is delivered according to the actual weight. It can also be delivered according to the theoretical weight.
When the steel pipe is delivered according to the nominal outer diameter and minimum wall thickness, the steel pipe is delivered according to the actual weight; the supply and demand parties negotiate. And it is indicated in the contract. The steel pipe can also be delivered according to the theoretical weight.
Weight tolerance:
According to the requirements of the purchaser, after consultation between the supplier and the purchaser, and in the contract, the deviation between the actual weight and the theoretical weight of the delivery steel pipe shall meet the following requirements:
a) Single steel pipe: ± 10%;
b) Each batch of steel pipes with a minimum size of 10 t: ± 7.5%.
In addition to ensuring chemical composition and mechanical properties, hydrostatic tests are performed one by one, and flaring and flattening tests are performed. . In addition, there are certain requirements for the microstructure, grain size, and decarburization layer of the finished steel pipe.
