15CrMoG alloy tube

15CrMoG alloy steel pipe (high-pressure boiler pipe) is widely used in the manufacture of equipment under various high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions due to its excellent performance, such as:
Boiler industry: As an important material for boiler pipes, it is used for heating surface pipes, economizers, superheaters, reheaters and other components of high-pressure boilers (working pressure is generally above 9.8Mpa, working temperature is between 450℃ and 650℃).
Petrochemical industry: Commonly used in high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines and equipment in oil refining and chemical plants.
Machinery manufacturing: It is also widely used in heavy machinery manufacturing, such as manufacturing high-temperature and high-pressure equipment, forging dies, etc.
Production process and quality control
Production process: The production process of 15CrMoG high-pressure boiler pipes is complex and delicate, involving multiple links such as smelting, hot rolling, hot expansion, heat treatment and non-destructive testing. The raw materials must be strictly screened to ensure that the chemical composition and purity meet the standards. Then, it is smelted in an electric furnace or converter to obtain qualified molten steel. The molten steel is cast into a tube billet by a continuous casting machine, and then processed into a blank tube by hot rolling or hot extrusion. The blank tube also needs to undergo multiple heat treatments to adjust its organizational structure and mechanical properties to meet the final use requirements. Finally, non-destructive testing technologies such as ultrasonic flaw detection and water pressure testing are used to ensure that the quality of each steel pipe meets the design requirements.
Quality control: From the entry of raw materials into the factory to the delivery of finished products, every link requires strict quality control. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the raw materials must be strictly tested; process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed must be accurately controlled during the production process; and the finished steel pipe must undergo comprehensive physical properties, chemical properties, and metallographic structure inspections. In addition, production enterprises must also establish a complete quality management system to ensure stable and reliable product quality.
15CrMoG alloy steel pipe (high-pressure boiler pipe) has a wide range of applications in boilers, petrochemicals, machinery manufacturing, and other fields due to its excellent high temperature resistance, pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance. With the continuous growth of global energy demand and the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the requirements for key materials such as high-pressure boiler tubes are also increasing. In the future, with the rapid development of new energy technologies and the advancement of industrial upgrading, the application field of 15CrMoG alloy steel pipes is expected to be further expanded.
